Jason Milne

is a registered E-RYT 500 Yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance who has been practicing Yoga for more than twenty years and teaching professionally around the world for the past sixteen years. He has completed a four-year course of advanced Yoga study and six additional YTT’s covering a wide range of Yoga styles, including: Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Chakra, Yin, traditional Kundalini, Power, Tantra Yoga, alignment-focused Yoga and Yoga Therapy.

Jason has taught in over 25 Yoga teacher training courses and worked with thousands of students from all over the world. He has devoted his life to the study, practice and teaching of Yoga and his thousands of hours of practice have given him a deep understanding of the many techniques and benefits of this ancient science.  

Jason utilizes his extensive experiential knowledge to create classes, for absolute beginners to advanced practitioners, that facilitate physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing through emphasis on working with the subtle energies of the body and nature to balance all aspects of each practitioner.  He is currently teaching workshops, immersions, retreats and training courses internationally to share Yoga with anyone who has an interest in healing, evolving and awakening their highest potential.

Dalia Milne

is a published author, teacher, artist, yogini, business woman, wife and devoted mother.

She employs a unique, artistic approach that utilizes her deep knowledge of human psychology to guide her students to discover self-healing and fulfilment in all areas of their lives.

In her approach to Yoga, Dalia aims to access deeper layers than just our physical bodies. She believes in cultivating body awareness through mindful movements, meditation, breath work and a conscious lifestyle.

For the last 20 years she has practiced and studied various styles of Yoga, including: Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Visceral, Yin, Nidra, Tantra, Aerial/Antigravity, Kids/Teenagers Yoga, Jivamukti, Iyengar, Anusara, and Ashtanga, as well as, Pranayama and Meditation. Dalia has been teaching groups and private classes since 2018.

One of her greatest passions is working with children.  She is a certified “Groovy Kids Yoga” Instructor and teaches Yoga and Mindfulness to children and teenagers of all ages. She has written and published three volumes of mindful fairytales, known as “Fairy Dalia,” for children and their parents.

Dalia is also a devoted practitioner of Qigong and is a certified Associate Instructor of YOQI system which is a modern fusion between medical, spiritual and martial Qigong forms and Yoga.

She is also teaching workshops on Conscious Relationships and Taoist & Tantric Practices together with her husband Jason Milne.
