LECTURE 1: INTRODUCTION

LECTURE 2: Mula Bandha (Root lock)
Mula Bandha (a contraction of the muscles in the area of the perineum) is a powerful sublimation technique that activates the Muladhara (root) Chakra and is connected to survival instinct, creativity, and desires. It helps to realign the physical, mental and psychic bodies in preparation for raising Kundalini energy for spiritual awakening.

LECTURE 3: Uddiyana Bandha (Abdominal Lock)
Uddiyana Bandha (a contraction in the abdominal area) is a panacea for the abdomen. This internal lock stimulates the function of the pancreas and liver and strengthens the internal organs. The digestive fire is increased and the abdominal organs are massaged and toned. Its main effects are the sublimation of the energies of the lower chakras and the awakening of Kundalini Shakti.

LECTURE 4: Jalandhara Bandha (Throat Lock)
Jalandhara Bandha (a contraction of the muscles in the area of the neck and throat) keeps the stream of very refined energy radiating from Soma Chakra in the head from flowing downward. It is a practice that locks the pranic network of the neck and redirects the flow of subtle energy to Sushumna Nadi, the main energy channel that runs along the spine.
