• An introductory questionnaire to determine your goals and visions to optimise our session.
• We will send you clear notes summarising the session.
• You will receive a full recording of the session.

HOW?

JUST FOLLOW THESE THREE SIMPLE STEPS: 

1. After you have reserved the time slot from the webpage, we will send you an email with our confirmation and a link for payment.
2. After we have received your payment, we will confirm the time slot reservation.
3. If you have already paid in our SHOP, we will confirm the payment and the reserved time in a separate email. 

NB: Please be respectful of our time and let us know via email (contact@apexlifemethod.com), at least 24 hours in advance, if you need to reschedule or if you cannot make it to the call.

We DO NOT refund payments for sessions in the case of no-show without prior notification.
